Tony is on the cutting edge of what works today. For the past 20 years,
he has been perfecting his own unique strategies and techniques for acquiring
foreclosure and “Hidden Market” properties. Tony has talked to more
sellers of distressed properties, in most major markets in the U.S., than almost
anybody in the industry. Because of this field experience, he has current
knowledge that is new and extremely valuable. With the country in a
foreclosure crisis, his goal is to educate investors how to help solve the
problem for lenders, property owners and lien holders (while still making a
profit), and to train investors to use ethical business practices.
TOPIC: Eight (8) Ways
to Profit from One (1) Foreclosure and the "Hidden Market". Tony
teaches 8 ways to profit from one property going through the foreclosure
process. He also teaches a system of finding distressed properties before
they ever go into foreclosure, and how to buy through the bankruptcy process.
Tony’s years of hands-on experience shine through in great detail as he
explains how investors must adapt to the changes to succeed in today’s market.

Chicago’s O’Hare Airport and 30 minutes from Midway Airport.
From the South: Take Interstate 355 North to the Butterfield
Road exit; turn right and go east on Butterfield Road (Route 56.) At the fourth
stoplight, just past the Yorktown Mall, turn left onto Maxant Drive (Technology
Drive is the green street sign) to get on campus. There is a lake on the left
hand side of the drive and the conference center is at the end of the lake.
From the North: Take Interstate 355 South to the Butterfield
Road exit; at the top of the ramp, turn left and go east on Butterfield Road
(Route 56.) At the fourth stoplight, just past the Yorktown Mall, turn left onto
