Serving all of Central Indiana
We are a group of friends and real estate investors who decided to get
together and have a place where other investors could go to learn more about
real estate investing, and be around other people with like goals. Our
office opened in November of 1997.
Our facility serves as a classroom and office space for members. Our
classes teach getting started in real estate investing as well as specialized
areas of our ever-growing business. We have meetings each month that
include guest speakers and group brainstorming about deals.
Indy Property Investors
holds two meetings per month on the second and fourth Thursday of the
month. The second Thursday meeting location is at the Quality Inn located
at 3534 N. Shadeland Avenue - Ballroom 1. The fourth Thursday
of the month meeting is located at the office at 4447 N Franklin Road. The
times for both meetings are from 6 PM to 9 PM. The cost is $10.00 per person.

Meetings
are held at Masterson's restaurant on the FOURTH THURSDAY of every month, except
for the special combined Nov/Dec meeting each year. The monthly meetings begin
at 6:30 P.M. with a buffet which is provided, then continues with announcements,
speakers, and the property pitch. If you are interested in attending the pre-meeting,
it begins at 5:30 P.M.
