This Saturday, CCIA is
offering you the opportunity to learn from an experienced Illinois investor who
has made a name for himself as an amazing teacher - Chris Albin. The
feedback we've received from his first 5 classes has been incredible! Students
have walked away with a lot of useful information they can begin to apply
immediately. Each session that Chris teaches is recorded to become part of
his finished course material that he is producing. Chris holds nothing
back. These classes are all education, all day. He provides a ton of
handouts and you will want to take copious notes!
On Saturday, August 18th, Chris will be teaching "Fix
to Sell Real Estate". HGTV makes it look easy! Flipping
can be fun, and certainly profitable if you know what to look out for. You
need to keep your ducks in a row and remember that in the end, it's a business
and you need to be prudent. This class will get behind the scenes and teach you
about the details the popular TV rehab shows don't talk about.
In his class Chris will teach you:

Because property owners have busy and demanding schedules, CIC will offer the workshop more than 20 times this year in various locations throughout Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
The cost of the workshop includes a copy of CIC’s Residential Property
Management Procedures Manual, a guidebook providing marketing and management
assistance to owners and managers of multifamily apartment buildings. If
you’re unable to attend the workshop but would like a copy of the manual, you
can purchase one for $7 from CIC (to cover the cost of the binder, printing and
postage).
